Bulk send email templates to your leads

Sending bulk emails to leads is a valuable feature in noCRM that allows you to efficiently reach out to multiple leads with the same template, streamlining your communication process by saving you time and effort. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to use this powerful tool effectively.

To use this feature, you need to have the Dream Team edition with access to full e-mail integration, and then access your leads in Compact Mode.

To do so, follow these steps:

• Log in to your noCRM account.
• Navigate to the Leads section.
• Switch to Compact Mode.

The maximum number of leads you can send a bulk email to is limited to 50 at a time. This limit avoids you being considered as a spammer and blocked by your email provider.

How to bulk send an email template to your leads

Once you're in Compact Mode, follow these steps:

1. Click on the checkboxes next to the leads you wish to include in your bulk email campaign.
2. After selecting the desired leads (max. 50), locate the "Send Email Template" button at the top of the leads list and click on it.
3. Choose the email template you want to send.
4. noCRM will automatically review all selected leads to ensure that all required email addresses are present and all the variables are filled out properly.
5. If you want to review the email before sending it, update information, or add Cc and Bcc recipients, click on the lead's name.
6. Once the review is complete, click the "Send" button to dispatch your email template to the selected leads.
