Analyze your sales activity
This section will show how to analyze your sales using the statistics of your no crm.io account.
In order to get precise & interesting data, make sure to create Categories & Tags from the Admin section of your account. More info in our Academy.
In the Statistics section of your account, you have access to different tabs that enable you to have different data: Won, Activity, History & Forecast (the latter if you have the Expert Edition).
All the Admins of the account have access to the entire statistics of their account, making it possible to know how each user is working.
Non-admin users have access to their own statistics, enabling them to know how they are doing, how many leads they have Won, how many leads they have lost, if their goals are being met, etc...
