Getting Started

  • Connect your Tilkee account to no CRM.io
  • Create Tilkee projects for no CRM.io leads
  • Attach an existing Tilkee project to an existing lead
  • Send Tilkee documents to leads
  • Track leads that have seen your sent Tilkee documents
  • Connect your Tilkee account to no CRM.io

    1. Make sure that your no CRM.io email address matches the email address used for your Tilkee account.
    2. Email Tilkee's technical team at: "technique@tilkee.com" and request your API key.
    3. Go to the Admin Panel and select the Tilkee integration.
    4. Plug in given API key in the provided bar.
    5. Click on the Connect my Tilkee account button.

    Create Tilkee projects for no CRM.io leads

    1. Open your lead and click on the Actions menu to select “Create a Tilkee project”
    2. You'll be presented with two options:
      1) To create a new project from existing templates you have set up in Tilkee, or
      2) To create an empty new project
    3. Whichever option you choose, no CRM.io will create the project and generate your access link.

    Attach an existing Tilkee project to an existing lead.

    1. Log into your Tilkee account and select the project you want to attach to your leads.
    2. Rename your Tilkee project to match your lead's title.
    3. Click on the "Generate Access Link" button.
    4. Install the Lead Clipper in your browser toolbar.
    5. Click on the +Lead button installed.
    6. A new pop-up will be displayed with a list of leads corresponding to the Tilkee project title or a link to create a new lead to attach the project to.

    Send Tilkee documents to leads from no CRM.io

    1. Make sure the Tilkee project has already been created and attached to the lead.
    2. If you have set your email provider as your default mail-to client, click on the Actions menu and select "Send Tilkee documents". This will automatically open your mail client with the lead's email address attached and the document access link plugged in the body, ready to be sent.
    3. If you don't have a default mail-to client or if you would like to send the access link through other mediums, then click on the Actions menu and select "Get Tilkee access link". Copy and paste this link to send to your lead manually.

    Track leads that have seen or signed your sent Tilkee documents

    1. Once your Tilkee document has been seen, no CRM.io will automatically log the activity "Tilkee Documents Seen" to your lead.
    2. Once your Tilkee document has been signed, no CRM.io will automatically change the lead status to WON

    3. You can view all the leads that have seen or signed your Tilkee documents on your no CRM.io dashboard in a Tilkee Widget.
