Build Workflows and Boost Productivity

Building multi-zap workflows allow you to take control of your entire sales cycle without jumping from one app to another. Whether it’s turning prospects into leads, managing leads as they evolve or ensuring a smooth handover after a win, automating workflows eliminates repetitive manual tasks and time wasted on them.

In this tutorial, we’re going to:

1) Save Wufoo form entries as new noCRM.io leads
2) Add them to your MailChimp list
3) Send out a tailored email from Gmail


All you need to set it up are Gmail, no CRM.io, MailChimp, Wufoo, and Zapier accounts.

Get Started

  • Set up your TRIGGER

  • Connect your TRIGGER App Account and Set Up the Trigger

    Sign into your Zapier account and click on the MAKE A ZAP! button at the very top where you will be directed to a new page:

    1. Choose the Trigger App: Wufoo
    2. Choose the Trigger: New Entry
    3. Connect Zapier to your Wufoo account by entering your Wufoo login details and account name
    4. Set up Wufoo Entry by selecting the form you would like to watch for new entries
    5. Test this Step to make sure it runs successfully


    Connect your ACTION App Account and Set Up the First Action

    1. Choose an Action App: no CRM.io
    2. Choose an Action: Create Lead
    3. Connect Zapier to your no CRM.io account if you haven’t already by

  • Entering your slug/account name (https://ACCOUNT.nocrm.io)
  • Entering your API Key (Go to your no CRM.io account Admin Panel, select Webhooks and API, API Keys then click on the Create an API Key button and name it.)

  • 4. Edit Template to set up your no CRM.io lead Based on the form you tested earlier, select the fields you want no CRM.io to retrieve information from each time there is a new entry

    5. Test the step and the Action set up is finished


    Connect your ACTION App Account and Set Up the Second Action

    1. Choose an Action App: MailChimp
    2. Choose an Action: Add/Update Subscriber
    3. Connect Zapier to your MailChimp account by entering your credentials
    4. Edit Template to set up your MailChimp Subscriber and choose which list your new subscriber will be added to/updated Based on the Wufoo entry retrieved, select the fields you want MailChimp to retrieve information from each time a new entry is created.

    6. Test the step and the Action set up is finished.


    Connect your ACTION App Account and Set Up the Third Action

    1. Choose an Action App: Gmail
    2. Choose an Action: Send Email
    3. Connect Zapier to your Gmail account
    4. Edit Template to set up your Gmail email copy Based on the Wufoo entry retrieved, select the fields you want Gmail to retrieve information from and prepare the personalized email in the Body field

    5. Test the step and the workflow is set up!
