The first example shows you how to create an API key for each Zap. If you don’t know what an API is, don’t worry, that is exactly why we have chosen Zapier: you don’t have to know what an API is to use it. To be brief, an API key is just like a password, it will allow Zapier to connect to your account to get the information it needs to use.
