Episode 3 Summary
In the third video of this series, Mariana tackles reporting. To help analyze your sales further, Mariana shows us how John can go beyond the activity feed and take a look at the statistics tab of his no CRM account. There he can find an overview of the performance by month, type of product/service sold or individual performances. He can also view a past event summary and know easily if it’s worth going back to it the following year.
- Source: the medium/channel used by your lead to get to know you (google, social media etc…)
- Sales performance: all the metrics indicating the performance of your sales department, the number of deals closed, number of calls, source of the deals, leads lost at each step of the funnel, etc…
