Find the leads that have been pending for too long
Pending leads are leads that for some reason never go forward. Either the contact takes some time to answer, either the sales rep has been pushing the next interaction forward for quite some time because they know it’s not yet the right moment to reach them again…
Inside You Don’t Need a CRM! you are able to easily find those leads and decide what you want to do next with them:
- you can filter the active leads by date of creation (those that are still active and have been create a long time ago are pending for too long!).
- you can go to the statistics page and in the History tab. In the table you will see for each month the amount of leads that are still active. By clicking on that number you’ll have a direct access to all the concerned leads.
