When you go to an event or other business related activity, you meet people. If they contact you by e-mail asking for more information about your business, this makes them a lead. Now you need to add them to your lead management software to start managing them in this way.
Instead of creating the lead manually, with You Don’t Need a CRM! you only need to forward the email to a specific email address, and it will automatically create a lead that's assigned to you.
For example, when you receive an email from someone who’s interested in your products or services, you should be able to create a lead in seconds in your system. Simply find the address in Tools > Emails and forward an e-mail straight to it – it will pick up the whole conversation too if required.
